Your responsibilities
Receiving goods and inspecting incoming shipments for completeness, accuracy, and damage
Efficient storage and management of all inventory items, including customer-supplied materials
Recording inventory movements (incoming and outgoing goods) in the ERP system
Checking item availability and preparing work processes in the warehouse
Carrying out internal orders and coordinating material procurement with purchasing and production in consultation with warehouse management
Coordinating packaging materials
Performing annual and cycle counts as instructed
Organizing completion of orders in case of missing parts in the respective department
Compliance with accident prevention regulations (UVV) and ESD guidelines
Your profile
Completed vocational training as a warehouse clerk or a comparable qualification
Valid forklift license is an advantage
Several years of experience in warehousing, work preparation, or electrical engineering
Confident handling of relevant ERP systems, NEW system, and MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of relevant work and process instructions

Picking lift control systems and components based on orders and delivery notes
Proper shipping of complete control systems and individual components
Work preparation in the shipping area
Recording serial numbers, especially for safety-relevant components
Coordination of packaging materials
Carrying out internal orders
Performing annual and cycle counts as instructed
Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse
Close and trusted cooperation with all teams and departments

Voltage, current, and insulation measurements in accordance with factory specifications
